Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or local service interruptions.

Fragile items

Many of our products are ceramic or ceramic-inspired pieces. We pack fragile items carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
